  • A free of charge, no obligation pre-consultation meeting, to discuss your requirements prior to securing his services.

  • Pre-event meeting to discuss and plan your ideas and expectations!

  • Preparation of an event run sheet for review and endorsement.

  • Clarification of any issues/questions with external suppliers, such as the venue, music, photographers etc.

  • Setting up a minimum of 1.5 hours prior to the event, checking all systems and logistics are ready to go!

  • Welcoming guests upon entry (if requested)

  • Manage the run sheet and all activities both on and off stage.

  • Co-ordinating on the spot contingencies and providing recommendations to hosts for last minute requests.

  • Exchanging feedback on the event.

As events vary in time, so too does cost.  A two-day conference, for example, is quite different from an evening wedding.
